“The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is the successor to the popular budget phablet, Mi Max”
Last year, Xiaomi launched the affordable Mi Max (review) phablet. Now, after being subjected to several leaks, the successor to the popular phablet dubbed the Mi Max 2 finally has an official launch date.
According to an official poster for the smartphone posted on Xiaomi’s Weibo account, the Mi Max 2 will be launched at 2pm on May 25th in China. While no details about the smartphone’s specifications were disclosed, a recent GFXBench listing indicates that the Mi Max 2 will sport a 6.4-inch full HD display and will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 660 processor and 4GB of RAM.
