“The Vivo V7 is expected to be launched in India on November 20th”
Vivo recently sent out invites for a product launch event in India. The event is scheduled for November 20th, where the brand is expected to launch the Vivo V7 in the country. Now just a couple of days ahead of the unveiling, the Vivo V7’s alleged specs and a promotional page has been leaked on the interwebs.
According to SlashLeaks, the Vivo V7 will feature an all-screen 18:9 display, just like its predecessor, the Vivo V7+. The phone will come with a smaller 5.7-inch display bearing a resolution of 1,440 x 720 pixels. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, mated to 4GB of RAM. The handset will come with 32GB of storage, which is expected to be further expandable via a microSD card.
The camera department of the Vivo V7 will include a 24-megapixel selfie shooter and a 16-megapixel primary snapper. The phone will be fuelled by a 3,000mAh battery. Software-wise, the device will boot Android 7.1.2 Nougat out of the box. The phone is expected to be priced below Rs 20,000 in India.
As for the Vivo V7+ (review), the phone features a 24-megapixel selfie shooter with Moonlight selfie flash, and a 16-megapixel primary shooter with phase detection autofocucs, an LED flash and support for 64MP ultra HD images. The phone will feature a 5.99-inch FullView display with a resolution of 1,440 x 720 pixels. It is backed by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, mated to 4GB of RAM.
Coming to the other specs, the Vivo V7+ offers 64GB of expandable storage, and boots FunTouch OS 3.0, which is based on Android Nougat. The connectivity options include 4G LTE, dual-SIM slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The device is fuelled by a 3,225mAh battery, and gets an all-metal unibody design with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The phone is available in India for Rs 21,990.
