Spice launches its own cloud space service

Spice, the Indian mobile making company recently launched its own cloud space dubbed as Spice Cloud, for tablets and smartphones, becoming first company to do so in India. As per the company claims, Spice cloud enables you to store your data and keep it safe on the cloud, schedule backups, and protect data using anti-theft features. Just like Samsung’s mobile tracker cum locking service, Spice Cloud also sports a feature that will help you locating your mobile device through its website. Spice Stellar Virtuoso Amazingly the service lets you share and access data remotely even one can check call logs of his phone with the help of cloud’s Web interface. One more interesting feature of the service is that if user notices that the phone has been stolen then he can remotely wipe all the data present on the device in no time. Spice Cloud also provides its users 2GB of free space for data storage. If you already own a Spice handsets, you can sign up for the service at Spice’s website to enjoy all features of the cloud and even the upcoming improvements. On the occasion of the launch which was followed by announcement of the newest smartphone, the Spice Stellar Virtuoso Pro posing Spice cloud T M Ramakrishnan, CEO of the company, said, “ Spice consumers will enjoy enormous benefits from cloud services, including the flexibility to access files and data anywhere. They can even use the remote wipe option in case of theft or loss of their smartphones, ensuring data security.” The new device will be available till 11th in physical market but will hit online store before this weekend.
