Samsung unveils Galaxy Z in sweden

While the Super Phone Samsung Galaxy S II i9100 is continuing its blockbuster run, Samsung has silently released a variant of Samsung Galaxy S II in sweden and calls this device Samsung Galaxy Z. I must admit that the naming conventions and the variants introduced by Samsung is very hard to comprehend. They have alteast half a dozen variants of Galaxy S in the market now and some of them available in select few markets. Only Galaxy S i9000 and Galaxy S II i9100 are globally available.

Samsung Galaxy Z is a Android gingerbread smartphone powered by 1GHz Dual-core tegra 2 chipset and GeForce GPU, 1GB RAM. Galaxy Z sports a 5 mega-pixels auto-focus camera wit LED flash, face-detection and 1.3 MP front-facing camera for video calling. As far as the display is concerned, it comes with a 4.2 inch SC-LCD screen with a resolution of 480×800 pixels. In terms of connectivity it has got Wi-Fi, Hotspot, GPS, 3G, microUSB, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio.
