The budget device from the South Korean manufacturer is expected to carry with itself a 3-inch QVGA display screen along with a 2MP Rear camera. Samsung had previously rolled out the Champ and the Star 3 phones in the budget segment of devices for the entry level customers, while for the premium customers it has the Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2 devices.
