Samsung is expected to unveil its next-gen Galaxy S series flagships, the Galaxy S9andS9+, at an event during MWC 2018 in February. Ahead of the unveiling, a lot has already been leaked about the next-gen Galaxy flagships. We have already seen quite a few mockupsand case rendersof these devices. Now, an alleged live image of the Galaxy S9 and S9+ has been leaked on the Chinese social networking website Weibo.
The leaked image shows the back panels of the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+. It reveals that the former will come with a single camera set up at the rear. The latter on the other hand will sport dual cameras. Similar to the earlier leaked images, the new photos also show that the brand will be relocating the fingerprint sensor of the next-gen Galaxy devices to below the rear camera. Unfortunately, the front panel images of the devices weren’t pictured.
As per the earlier reports, the Samsung Galaxy S9 duo will offer the bezel-less Infinity Display. The phones will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 processor in the US, and the new Exynos 9810 SoC in other markets. The other highlights will include 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a 3.5mm headphone jack and Android Oreo.
