“The Allure Rise 2 is an entry-level 4G smartphone that comes with face unlock functionality”
Reach Mobile has expanded its range of budget smartphones with the launch of the Allure Rise 2. The phone comes as a successor to the Reach Allure Rise, which was launched in April. The new handset offers slightly upgraded features, including higher RAM capacity and face unlock functionality. The entry-level offering boots Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.
The Reach Allure Rise features a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels. The phone is fuelled by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor of unknown make, aided by 3GB of RAM. The storage capacity on board is 16GB, which users can further expand up to 64GB by inserting a microSD card. On the back, the handset gets an 8-megapixel snapper with an LED flash, and on the front, the device has a 5-megapixel selfie shooter. The connectivity features include 4G LTE, VoLTE, dual-SIM slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. A 2,600mAh battery keeps the phone running.
The Reach Allure Rise 2 has been priced at Rs 5,999, Rs 500 higher than its predecessor. The phone will be available via major brick and mortar stores across the country. The company has collaborated with Reliance Jio to provide a cashback of Rs 2,200 on the purchase of the Allure Rise 2.
