Nokia Lumia 525 budget friendly Windows OS powered smartphone coming soon

Nokia is planning to launch a lot of new devices in the coming days before the end of 2013 and Nokia Lumia 525 is reported to be one among them. Previously the phone was codenamed “Nokia Glee” and now according to a Tweet by @evleaks famous gadget leaker account the codenamed device is the Nokia Lumia 525. It is reported to be a budget friendly Windows Phone OS powered smartphone and rumors suggest it will be priced around Rs. 10,000.

Nokia Lumia 525 confirm Features wise, Nokia Lumia 525 is reported to come with a 4.5inch WVGA LCD touch screen display with the resolution of 480 * 800 pixels. It will be running on the Windows Phone 8 operating system version. It is expected to be powered by a 1.2 GHz dual core processor along with 512MB of RAM memory. It is expected to pack 5MP rear and VGA front facing shooters. Connectivity wise it will be offering 3G, Bluetooth, WiFi and USB otions. Nokia is expected to power this Windows phone with a 1430mAh battery. Core details about the specifications of the phone are not available at the moment.

Nokia event 22 October Overall, the Nokia Lumia 525 is going to be aimed and build on the foundation of the previous hit Nokia Lumia 520. Nokia has started sending out invites to the press for its event on October 22 in Abu Dhabi where it is expected to launch five new devices and this budget phone will be one of them.
