HMD Global schedules press event on June 13th in India, Nokia 3, 5 and 6 expected

“HMD Globally has finally revealed the launch dates of the new Nokia phones for India”

Looks like the wait for the Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 smartphones is finally over. HMD Global has sent out invites for a press event in India on June 13th, where the brand is expected to launch the new Nokia smartphones in the country.

The Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 Android smartphones were unveiled at a pre-MWC event in Barcelona on February 26th alongside the Nokia 6. The refreshed Nokia 3310 (first impressions) was also announced at the event, which was recently launched in India.

As for the specs, the Nokia 6 (first impressions) features a 5.5-inch FHD display, a Snapdragon 430 SoC, up to 4GB of RAM, up to 64GB of storage, a 16MP rear snapper, an 8MP front shooter. The phone’s price in China starts at Rs 16,000.

The Nokia 5 (first impressions) comes with a 5.2-inch HD display, and is powered by a Snapdragon 430 SoC, mated to 2GB of RAM and an Adreno 505 GPU. It comes with 16GB of storage, a 13MP rear snapper and an 8MP front shooter. It has been priced at approximately Rs 13,000.

The Nokia 3 (first impressions) gets a 5-inch display, and is backed by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 SoC, coupled with 2GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB of storage, 8MP shooters on the front and rear, and a 2,650mAh battery. It is priced at Rs 9,500. We will have their pricing and availability in India soon, so stay tuned.
