The Finnish Smartphone manufacturer, Nokia has launched two new budget phones at ongoing Mobile world Congress 2013 at Barcelona, Spain. These two phones named as Nokia 105 and Nokia 305 are the first two affordable phones unveiled by Nokia at the MWC.
Nokia 105 claims to be the most affordable phone till date by Nokia. Whereas Nokia 301 is also an affordable phone which allows internet access. Both these phones will be available by the end of First quarter of 2013.
On the launch event, Stephen Elop, President & CEO of Nokia stated, “The momentum behind Nokia is gathering pace. The launches today reflect our commitment to broadening our devices and services portfolio to meet the demands of people and businesses around the globe. By offering better experiences at a more affordable price we are reinventing the battle for affordable mobile devices, and Nokia has the building blocks to win.”
The Nokia 105 sports a bright display and features FM radio, multiple alarms, speaking clock, flashlight and it is dust & splash proof. The best part of this phone is that its battery can run the phone up to 35 days on a single charge. And the pest part that it is priced just 15 Euros which is around Rs.1070.
Nokia 301 will be a a bit costlier but will boast additional features like internet connectivity and a nice camera. It packs Nokia Xpress browser for cutting off your data charges by 90%. Nokia 301 promises high end performance and will be available in attractive colors including White, Yellow, Magenta, Cyan and black.
