First day of IFA 2013 in Berlin was totally overloaded with the launch of new tablets, convertible laptops and smartphones but on the second day, Nikon has launched updated digital Coolpix cameras with new features to impress the photography lovers. Company has unveiled an update to its top notch range of digital cameras with the launch of Nikon Coolpix P7800 camera which is kind of pretty much an update to Nikon Coolpix P7700 which was introduced last year.
It features a 1/1.7inch illumination 12.2MP CMOS sensor and it also comes with a fast maximum aperture f/2.0 lens along with the whole new electronic viewfinder. With all these cool features, it is capable of shooting HD quality photos as well as videos even in the low light conditions too. On the back side of the camera there is a 3inch Vari-Angle LCD display and a totally new eye-level EVF with high resolution.
It also comes with an optional WU-1a wireless mobile adapter which instantly allows you to share the captured photos to compatible smartphones. A versatile 7.1x Zoom range 28-200mm equivalent lens present on the camera along with lens shift Vibration Reduction feature allows the users to take steady and clear HD shots constantly even while using it with the hand.
One of the most compelling advantages of this camera is the variety of controls that enables the full scale manual photography for the users. The Nikon Coolpix P7800 digital camera will be available in the market by the end of September 2013 for the suggested price tag of $550.
