Here’s the first live image of the notch-bearing Motorola One Power

“The Motorola One Power is said to be an Android One offering”

Ever since Lenovo acquired Motorola from Google in 2014, the company has been selling Moto branded smartphones. However, a recent leak suggested that Motorola branding will seemingly make a comeback with the Motorola One Power smartphone. The phone’s purported render was leaked earlier, which suggested that it could be an Android One offering. Now, 91mobiles has obtained a live image of the upcoming Motorola One Power, which has revealed some details regarding its design.

As seen in the hands-on photo, the Motorola One Power is going to be a nearly bezel-less smartphone. The phone in the image has a notch above the screen, just like the iPhone X and recently launched other smartphones. The bezels on both the sides and top are almost non-existent, while there sits a slim chin with the Motorola branding. It looks like the handset will have the Motorola logo on the boot screen as well, apart from a small Lenovo branding at the top right corner. The notch seems to be the home to the front camera, earpiece, and the other sensors.

According to the earlier leaked image, the Motorola One Power could be the second Android One smartphone from the company. The phone is said to flaunt a vertically placed dual primary camera setup at the rear. The fingerprint sensor of the handset is expected to be placed beneath the iconic Motorola logo on the back.As of now, there’s no word regarding the features, launch date, date and pricing of the Motorola One Power. The phone will allegedly be first released in the US, followed by a rollout in global markets later. We will bring you latest information on the device as soon as anything pops up on the web, so stay tuned to 91mobiles.
