– Google is sending out invitations for the Android event scheduled on 29th October. Rumors and speculations for the event are on its high. Some suggests Google will launch the Nexus 7 32GB, some hints to Nexus 7 3G and while some are positive for LG’s Nexus G. The newest rumor comes from Techtree, who thinks, Google may also launch the next version of Android, the Android 4.2.

– Are you an Android app developer and disappointed with Google as it removed India from the list of countries where developers may charge for the apps? Take a breathe, Indian app developers, now can charge for the Android apps. Ibrahim Elbouchikhi, Product Manager, Google Play team confirmed this on the Android Developers blog yesterday.

– Apple iPhone 5 is scheduled to officially hit Indian stores pretty soon. However, this time Apple may not sell the iPhone through their preferred partners i.e. Airtel and Aircel. A report from Wall street Journal hints a paradigm shift in Apple’s distribution strategy in India this time.

HTC J Butterfly, which was just launched in Japan gets a competitor in China. Oppo Find 5, as reported by engadget, is a monster phablet with extra powerful configuration.
