LG Optimus Net Dual-SIM Smartphone Landed in India

The Dual-SIM version of LG Optimus Net is available in India for sale. The new LG Optimus Net Dual smartphone offers the same features as the original Single SIM LG Optimus Net. With the launch of device LG debuts to Android Dual-SIM category with the new in India. Apparently, this gives more traction in the market since there are no big players in the category except the local players. Though there are a couple of models available with Motorola, they are classified under the high-pricing models. LG Optimus Net is available in India starting from Rs.10990/- LG-Optimus-Net-Dual The new LG Optimus Net Dual a.k.a LG P698 comes packed with the same 3.2 inch HVGA Capacitive touchscreen display with 320 x 480 px resolution. This smartphone powered with Qualcomm 800 Mhz processor, 150 MB internal storage and an external memory slot. LG Optimus Net Dual runs on Android OS v2.3.5 Gingerbread and flavored with customized UI. This smartphone sports a 3.2 Megapixel camera with Auto-focus on the rear-side. There is no flash light and secondary camera integrated with the device.  Th connectivity options include Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot, MicroUSB 2.0 and 3G HSDPA. Since, Dual-SIM mobiles have a greater demand in India this smartphone can soon get a fancy sales figures. Adding to that, there are limited number of Android Dual SIM smartphone models available in India. The Indian brands like Micromax, Karbonn and Spice are maintaining a couple of models with a lower price tag. Apparently, these models alone will compete with the newly launched LG Optimus Net Dual. So, to tighten the competition, Samsung is getting ready to enter the market with three to four models with Android+Dual SIM capabilities. Therefore this creates a portfolio of products where consumers can choose the best among them.
