LG is all set to come back in the highly competitive market of Android Smartphones. A report has been published on the net sharing the specifications of LG Optimus G Pro.
According to the report, LG Optimus G Pro will sport a 5.5 inch Full HD IPS LCD Touch screen which produces 1080 x 1920 Pixels resolution. It will be powered by a 1.7GHz Snapdragon Quad Core Processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. It will run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Operating System with LG’s customized User Interface.
This Smartphone will house a 13 Megapixel Rear Camera and a 2 Megapixel Front Camera for Video calls. It will boast 32 GB of Internal memory and a external micro SD card slot. LG Optimus G Pro will support 4G LTE Network and other Standard connectivity features. It will also carry a HDMI and RGB output. Finally, it will be fuelled by a 3,140mAH Battery for a longer run on the go.
A source stated that this Smartphone may be made down for Korean market as LG U+. LG earlier announced the LG Optimus G Pro in japan with a collaboration with NTT DoCoMo. It sports 5 inch Full HD 1920 x 1080p display running on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Operating system. The New LG Optimus G Pro is expected to be a bigger 5.5 inch version of this Smartphone.
However, there are no official report about the pricing or availability of this Smartphone but it is expected that LG may showcase this Smartphone at Mobile World Congress, scheduled this month at Barcelona, Spain. This Smartphone will compete with HTC M7 and Sony Xperia Z.
