Lenovo recently announced the successor to its Zuk Z1 (review) in the form of the Z2 Plus to heat up the competition in the affordable flagship smartphone segment. The Snapdragon 820-powered smartphone’s pricing starts at a mouth-watering price of just Rs 17,999 which makes it one of the cheapest smartphones to feature that processor. While we have already done a first impressions for the device, we got the smartphone in our labs recently and put it through our unboxing process.
The phones comes inside a white cardboard box with the usual labels and the device branding. Prying the box open, users will find the smartphone encased in a sandstone finish cover which was a welcome sight. Besides the case, the device ships with the standard documentation, a wall charger which has been rated at 2A along with a USB Type-C cable and a SIM ejector pin.
