After a month of waiting HTC India has finally launched HTC One Max phablet in the Indian market officially. Company has priced the phone at Rs. 61,490 (MRP) and it will be available to buy in the coming days. However, the phone is already available to buy at some of the online retail stores with discounted pricing.
HTC One Max follows the same design present in the HTC One flagship smartphone. The only difference between these devices is that the One Max comes with a finger print sensor on the back and runs on a bit slower Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor. However, there is not much difference in the performance of these devices. HTC One Max comes with a massive 5.9 inch full HD display with the resolution of 1080 pixels. Company has powered the phone with a 1.7 GHz quad core processor along with 2 GB of RAM. The phone runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box along with HTC Sense 5.5 UI and comes with HTC BlinkFeed feature too. It comes in 16/32 GB internal storage variants with support to expand it further up to 64 GB using external card. With the price tag of Rs.61.490, HTC is going to face a bit problem with the phone in India which is a price sensitive market. A lot of buyers are already criticizing the high price tag of the phone compared to other phablets like Samsung Galaxy Note 3 or Sony’s Xperia Z Ultra.
