HTC Desire 500 now available to buy in Europe

The Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer HTC has launched the recently announced HTC Desire 500 smartphone for the European market. It is a mid range priced smartphone that comes with decent high end features including Quad Core processor for the emerging markets. It is also having some of the cool software features present in the HTC One smartphone including HTC BlinkFeed feature that pulls news from different sources according to the users taste.

Features wise, HTC Desire 500 comes with a 4.3inch touch screen LCD display with the resolution of 480*800 pixels. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad core processor along with 1GB of the RAM memory. Currently the phone is started selling in the European market and speculations suggest it will also hit the market shelves in Asian markets including India too. Other features of the phone include an 8MP rear camera along with 1.6MP front shooter. It comes with 4GB of internal storage that can be expendable up to 64 GB via the microSD card slot. The phone is powered by an 1800mAh battery that that provides up to 12 hours of talk time on the 3G network. HTC Desire 500 also features the Beats Audio technology along with Video Highlights features that is present in the high end HTC phones with 30 second video reel of your current captured images. There is no information if the Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer will announce the phone in the Indian market or not, but we highly expect it to announce this affordable smartphone with high end features for the Indian users too.
