Google launches help on demand service, Google Helpouts

Now getting real time help from real people is possible through Helpouts 

Internet giant Google has announced the launch of Helpouts, the on-demand help service for global users. This service allows users to connect to users throughout the globe via video chat for advice and help related to various topics. But unlike YouTube, the Helpouts service is one-to-one interaction based platform where users get to converse with other people gaining know how about how to get rid of a problem or get a help related to different topics. Helpouts Google Helpouts is a paid as well as free service and users offering help are free to choose the price they want to be paid for offering help. Some of the users have started offering their help through Google Helpouts for free while some have paid options including per-minute or per topic charge associated with it. Anyone can register themselves with Google Helpouts and can earn through this platform (currently available in US only), provided users are happy with the service that is being offered to the users. Google has laid out a simple yet effective plan to sustain Helpouts and will be charging a modest 20 percent of earnings from the users giving paid help. But person seeking help would be the ultimate authority as basis their feedback only the person giving help would be paid. Google Helpouts is available as a web application as well as though the android application which has been made available on the Google Play store.  Going forward Google Helpouts applications is likely to be made available to Apple iOS and other smartphone platforms as well, but there is no official announcement for the same as yet.
