First wave of Windows 8 tablets coming in October 2012

Microsoft is about the finish work and probably deliver the new Windows 8 platform by this summer. By the time Samsung, Sony and Toshiba might join the force to contribute their share for the first time. Consumers can expect devices from both ARM and Intel based solutions. However, in the initial stages, we can see only ARM base devices in the market as the number of devices models were as low as five till time. Later, Intel machines try to dominate as there will be around 40 devices running Windows 8 Operating system. Till now, Microsoft is failed to bid enough competition to the surging iPad. Even the Christmas buyers could possibly end-up in buying an Apple iPad if the new platform couldn’t dominate the others.
