“The Vivo V11 is expected to be a mid-range offering with a display notch”
In the past few weeks, a mysterious Vivo smartphone with the model number Vivo 1804 has been popping up on many certification websites. Most recently, the handset was certified by TKDN and EEC. Now, the phone has received certification from Certified Telecommunication Equipment and Systems in Thailand, which has revealed its name.
As per the certification attached above, the Vivo 1804 smartphone will be commercially launched as the Vivo V11. The certification agency hasn’t revealed anything about the handset’s specifications or availability details. However, the rumour mill suggests that the phone could be launched in the Indian market at some point in September. Sadly, there’s no word regarding the features of the device, but it is expected to be mid-range offering with a display notch.
In related news, Vivo recently launched the Y81 budget smartphone in India. The phone sports an all-metal design with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and a notch above the screen.
