Live images show new Motorola smartphone with dual cameras, could be the One or One Power

“Motorola has already teased an event scheduled for August 2nd, where it’s expected to take covers off the One and One Power”

Just yesterday, Motorola teased an August 2nd launch event, where the brand is expected to unveil the Moto Z3 and the rumoured Motorola One series. The latter has been subjected to a number of rumours in the past, which has revealed aspects like a display notch and dual cameras. The most recent leak indicated that the brand has two handsets in the offing –  Motorola One and One Power. Now, 91mobiles has acquired a new set of images, which shows a similar smartphone minus the display notch.

In the images, we can see that the handset is flaunting a premium glass-sandwich design and an iPhone X-like vertical setup for dual cameras on the back. However, the rear panel is missing the Android One branding. This is quite strange since the Motorola One and One Power are speculated to be the first Android One-branded smartphones from the company. Further, a glance at the fascia of the smartphone reveals that the display is missing the notch, which was present on the previous leaks. These two facts suggest that this smartphone might not be an Android One offering or it could be another model altogether.
