LG was teasing its upcoming tablet known as LG G Pad 8.3 from quite some time and now company has finally officially announced the device ahead of IFA Trade fair 2013. It will be showcased at this year’s IFA Trade fair and will be available in the global markets to buy from Q4 2013. It kind of looks similar to the recently launched Android flagship the LG G2 smartphone. It will be available to buy in White and Black color choices after the global roll out.
Features wise, LG G Pad 8.3 comes with an 8.3inch full HD touch screen display with the resolution of 1920*1200 pixels along with 273 pixels per inch density. It is powered by a 1.7GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor along with 2GB of RAM memory which will provide quite impressive tablet experience to the buyers. It comes with 5MP rear and 1.3MP front facing shooters.
It is running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system version and powered by a decent 4600mAh battery. It is having 16GB of internal storage but there is no information if it will support an external microSD card or not to expend the storage. LG has also pre-loaded the tablet with a special QPair application that will allow the users to connect and synchronize various contents on your smartphone like Messages and notes etc. According to the press release issued by the company, it will go on sale in all the major markets beginning Q4 2013 and price of the device will be revealed at the same time.
