Intex has added a new Android smartphone in its Aqua series of Android mobiles. Priced at Rs. 8,990, Intex Aqua i6 is powered by a quad-core processor and runs on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. It comes with quite similar features comparing to the Intex Aqua i4, which was launched earlier this year for Rs. 9,490.
Features wise, Intex Aqua i6 comes with a 5-inch capacitive touch display with the resolution of 854×480 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor along with 512MB of RAM and Mali 400MP2 graphics processor. It is a dual-SIM smartphone with GSM+GSM network support along with dual standby time.
It sports a decent 8-MP auto focus rear camera with LED flash and 2-MP front facing shooter. For storage, it is equipped with 4GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot. Connectivity wise, it offers WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G and GPS. The phone is powered by a decent 1900 mAh battery.

Intex Aqua i6 is offered in black and white color choices with premium finish. Intex has also pre-loaded the phone with Matrabhasha, Zapak, Intex Play and BigFlix applications. Company is also offering 5GB of Intex Cloud storage with its latest Aqua smartphone.
