InFocus launches the LTE-enabled M2 4G rocking an 8MP front camera in India for Rs 5,499

InFocus has launched the M2 4G Android smartphone in India, a successor to the M2 that was released in the country in March. Priced at Rs 5,499, the InFocus M2 4G is among the most affordable 4G LTE-enabled devices in India at the moment. The phone supports India’s both LTE band 3 and band 40.

The InFocus M2 4G offers a compact 4.2-inch HD LTPS display bearing a pixel density of 355ppi, and runs Android 4.4 KitKat. The phone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, aided by an Adreno 305 GPU and 1GB of RAM. It comes with 8GB of internal storage, further expandable up to 64GB via a microSD card.

For imaging, the InFocus M2 4G offers 8MP camera sensors on both front and rear, each aided by a dedicated LED flash. Apart from 4G, the other connectivity options include dual-SIM support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and A-GPS. It is fuelled by a 2,010mAh non-removable battery. The phone comes in black and white variants.

The InFocus M2 4G will be exclusively available in the country exclusively on Amazon via flash sales. The first sale of the phone is scheduled for July 24th at 2 pm, and the registrations for the sale are already on.
