Idea Cellular has introduced a new self-branded Android smartphone in India dubbed as Idea Ultra. Priced at Rs.10500, the new smartphone comes with a 5inch display. It is the 12th 3G smartphone from the telecom operator. It is now available to buy at Idea retail and service outlets in the major 3G markets in the country – Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Goa, UP West & East and Gujarat etc.
Features wise, Idea Ultra comes with an IPS display with FWVGA resolution. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor along with 512MB of RAM under the hood. It comes with 4GB of internal storage along with microSD card slot to expand it further. It sports an 8MP rear camera along with 0.3MP front facing shooter. The phone is running on the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system version. It is powered by a decent 2000mAh battery.
