iBall has launched a new Android smartphone in the country dubbed as iBall Andi 4Di+. The phone is listed on company’s official website for Rs. 6,399. iBall didn’t yet reveal any info regarding the availability details of the phone, but it is expected to launch pretty soon. It is the successor to the iBall Andi 4Di and offers quite similar design. It comes with entry level smartphone specifications and targets the budget conscious buyers in the country.
Features wise, iBall Andi 4Di+ offers a 4inch WVGA IPS display with the resolution of 480*800 pixels. It is powered by a dual-core 1.3GHz Cortex A7 processor along with 512MB of RAM. It is running on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. The phone comes with 4GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot.
It sports a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and also offers a VGA front facing shooter. It is a dual SIM device with GSM + GSM SIM network support. Connectivity features of this budget smartphone include, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, EDGE, GPRS and GPS. It is powered by a decent 1700mAh battery under the hood.
Its previous edition, iBall Andi 4Di was introduced in July this year with a 4inch IPS display. It is powered by a Cortex A9 1GHz processor. It is also having 5MP rear and VGA front facing cameras. However, it falls behind in the memory area, with only 512MB of internal storage, which is further expandable via microSD card.
