After facing a number of leaks HTC finally added one more member to its Desire series, HTC Desire 200, as it launched the device over its website today. Although price and availability of the device are not confirmed but it is supposed to be a budget device. The device flaunts 3.5 inch HVGA display, screen resolution yet to be listed and is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 processor. The device will sport a 512MB of DDR1 RAM along with 4GB of internal storage, expandable by a microSD slot for up to 32GB. Android version is not known but supposedly it will be either ICS or Jelly Bean. HTC picked up a 3G modem, HSDPA speeds of up to 7.2Mbps, as well as a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera and 1230 mAh battery for up to 10.9 hours of talk time on GSM for the new successor of its Desire series. As other HTC devices, HTC Desire 200 will also have Beats Audio integration as an inbuilt app for music lovers. HTC Desire 200 packs some decent specifications which will surely impress the entry level buyers, but the success of device largely depends upon its yet unknown price which will be soon disclosed by the company.
