Apple on Tuesday unveils a version of GarageBand for Apple iPhone and iPod Touch. GarageBand is an entertainment app which was made available for Apple iPad. This claimed to be a grand success and also gained a large pool of fans from the Apple community. Now, this was made available for other iOS devices like iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, and as well as iPod Touch devices of 3rd and 4th Generations. “GarageBand on iPad has been a big hit and we think customers will love using it on their iPhone or iPod touch,” Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing, said in a statement. “The innovative Multi-Touch interface combined with Smart Instruments makes it easy to create great sounding music, even if you’ve never studied music or played an instrument before.” The GarageBand App will turn the device into a music recording studio with all sort of instruments preset. This include all the essential musical instruments including Keyboards, Guitars, Drums or Bass. Users can play the instruments, record and share with friends and peers instantly. Also, users can get access to library of custom chords in order to play and strum along the songs of their favorite. Like wise, users can record and mix up to eight tracks simultaneously. GarageBand went mobile in March when Apple unveiled a version of the software for the iPad. GarageBand is available from App store for $4.99 and those who own this app in the iPad can access it on iPhone or iPod Touch via free upgrade.
