As we have reported earlier, Fly Mobiles was expected to launch three new Android smartphones in India and now company has launched Fly F40+ with 1GHz processor in the country for Rs. 4,999. It is an entry level Android phone that is running Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and it will be competing against the latest entries from the rival brands like Karbonn & XOLO in the Indian market.
Features wise, Fly F40+ comes with 4inch WVGA touch screen display with the resolution of 480*800 pixels. It is powered by a 1Ghz processor along with 512MB of RAM memory. It is running on quite older Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system version and there are lease possibilities if it will be update with the newer versions of the OS. It comes with 180MB of internal storage expendable up to 32GB via microSD card slot. It is a dual SIM device with GSM + GSM network support. It comes with 3MP rear camera with LED flash and VGA front facing camera. It is powered by a 1400mAh battery and company claims it can deliver 7 hours of talk time. Connectivity features of the phone include WiFi, Bluetooth and micro USB. Company stated that market is currently inclined towards smartphones more than ever and high-end devices are taking over in the market but the common buyers are still waiting for affordable devices with good features to make their life easier. So, Fly has kept the entry level smartphone buyers in the mind while designing the latest entry in its F Series devices.
