Display and Hardware:
Primafacia, both the phones seems similar and there’s no big difference among them. However A closer look reveals a different picture.
HTC Sensation XL boasts a WVGA resolution, which certainly is a bit small for a 4.7-inch screen. Thanks to HTC for not repeating the same for HTC One X. A resolution of 720×1280 px definitely is a great fit for the better S LCD 2 screen.
Both the phones boast a CPU of 1.5 Ghz. Look a deep inside and you will find HTC One x coming with Tegra 3 processor supported by 1 GB Ram. This beast setup won’t let you phone lag while multi tasking or playing HD games.
Another huge difference is in the camera. Although both the phones boat a 8 Mega Pixel shooter, but the HTC One X shoots the 1080 pixel videos. It also features the concept called “double shooter” which lets you click pictures in midst of recording a video without interrupting the recording. Cool, isn’t it?
Well not to forget, HTC One X is made up of same poly-carbonate metal which recently came in to limelight due to Nokia N9 and Nokia Lumia 800.
While HTC Sensation XL is upgradable to Android 4.0, HTC One x already comes with Android 4.0 onboard. And this time HTC has spiced it with HTC Sense 4.0. The combination looks fabulous on the Super LCD 2 screen of HTC One X.
HTC has done a good job fixing all the loopholes in the newer version. HTC One X boasts all its specification and hardwares to its best and certainly is a way smarter than HTC Sensational XL. Its time to g for it if you were holding yourself for Android 4.0.
